. Then a stop at the Mirador del Río
, created and built by the famous architect César Manrique
. You will be able to admire the beautiful views of the
Chinijo Island of La Graciosa
, Montaña Clara
. A tasty lunch is enjoyed in a small fishing village.
At the Jameos del Agua
, the creative genius of Cesar Manrique
is everywhere. He has tranformed the lava tunnel and the cave into subterranean walkways, an auditorium and a volcanic museum.
We end the day with a visit to the César Manrique Foundation
. Here, you have the opportunity to see how the artist adapted five volcanic bubbles into rooms of his house.
A collection of his paintings and architectural designs are also exhibited .
